More food friendly and sophisticated than typical nigori. More earthy and deep, than sweet and fruity. *Nigori = "cloudy sake", it is way too common and straight up incorrect to say "unfiltered". All Nigori is in-fact filtred, but just through a wider mesh that allows some fine lees particles through.
Milk, coconut and fruit typical of Nigori, but also dry and earthy.
